Flammable Vapor Ignition Resistance systems, established by the American National Standards Institute, are a safety system designed to prevent pilot lights from igniting fumes.

5. Piezo Igniter

Piezo Igniters are electronic ignition systems. If your pilot light is extinguished, you can relight your pilot light by pressing the button on your Piezo Igniter, rather than having to fumble with matches.
